Adrienne Slack
Coordinating Regional Executive

Adrienne Slack is the coordinating regional executive of the Bank’s Regional Economic
Information Network (REIN). In this role she serves as the lead regional executive,
assuming responsibility for coordinating the REIN strategic plan, outputs, and talent
pipeline for the Sixth District. She also works with the Research director to determine
REIN alignment with monetary policy deliberations.
She is responsible for the New Orleans Branch's board of directors and the District's
Energy Advisory Council, and provides regional input into the Atlanta Fed's monetary
policy process. She also contributes to the Atlanta Fed’s strategic planning process
and advises on regional community and economic development matters, including economic
mobility and resilience.
She joined the Federal Reserve System with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas’ economic
research department and later moved to the District Cash Function Office at the New
Orleans Branch. During her Federal Reserve tenure, she served in several national
leadership roles, including an assignment at the Board of Governors in Washington,
D.C. Prior to assuming her current role, Adrienne was the New Orleans Branch Manager
with responsibility for currency services, law enforcement, and facility and support
services.
Adrienne is involved in a number of activities, including the United Way of Southeast
Louisiana Board of Trustees, Bayou District Foundation, University of Southern Mississippi
College of Business Advisory Council, and Louisiana Association of United Way ALICE
(Asset Limited Income Constrained Employed) Advisory Committee. In 2006, she was honored
by New Orleans CityBusiness at its Women of the Year event.
Raised in Mississippi, Adrienne received a Bachelor of Science degree in business
administration with a concentration in economics from the University of Southern Mississippi.
She also completed the Executive Development program at Dartmouth College.
