Ms. Hautot is a doctoral candidate in Anthropology and Sociology of Religion at the University of Chicago Divinity School. Her research areas include religion in the United States, anthropology of the American South, anthropology of religion, anthropology of history, civil religion, neo-confederacy, white nationalism, and public memory.
