The program is a comprehensive and demanding leadership development initiative designed to prepare college students for a career as an army officer. The curriculum covers topics such as tactics and leadership theory. ROTC Cadets will attend weekly labs, physical training sessions and field exercises to apply what they have learned in real-world scenarios. As an ROTC Cadet, you will also benefit from personal mentorship and guidance from experienced officers and NCOs. The program offers scholarships and financial aid options to help cover education costs, along with a monthly stipend.
