Fundamentals of Project Management

The Knowledge, Skills, Tools, and Techniques Needed to Manage Projects Successfully

In this workshop, you will enhance your knowledge of the fundamentals needed to manage projects successfully. This includes how to create a comprehensive project plan, implement the plan, monitor progress, make changes, and achieve desired outcomes. We will cover the Project Management Institute's traditional waterfall methodology that is built around project management knowledge areas and process groups and we will also cover agile project management.

For individuals with less work experience in project management who have an interest in sitting for the Project Management Certification Exam, this course is an ideal training to take before enrolling in our PMP Certification Exam Prep Course.
