This Track At-a-Glance
- Curriculum Pathway:
The Flores MBA Full Time (22-month) program is a 51-credit hour, cohort-based curriculum that begins each August. The full time track includes twelve core MBA courses and four electives. - Globally Engaged:
Students in the Full Time program can choose to participate in an optional global immersion experience. The study abroad experience is paired with coursework, providing three (3) credit hours, and is offered during Spring Break. - STEM Designated:
Our program offers a STEM designation across the full curriculum. Incorporating a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) framework with core business principles, this transformative pathway equips students with industry-specific skills to make data-driven decisions in dynamic business environments. - Adaptable To Your Interests:
A wide range of elective courses are available, giving students flexibility to pursue a specialization or earn a graduate certificate alongside their Flores MBA, without needing to extend the program's duration.
Full Time MBA Curriculum Structure
The curriculum is structured on a semester basis, with each semester divided into two eight-week modules, allowing students to take up to three courses at a time.
Students in the Full Time program take 1 pre-program course, 12 core MBA courses, and 4 electives, for a total of 51 hours.
The first year of curriculum focuses on building your business foundation and refining your professional and leadership abilities through core MBA coursework, while the second year of curriculum is for sharpening your skills and focusing in on your vision through electives and optional specializations.
