August 13 | 6 p.m.-8 p.m. | Old Governor's Mansion

PAR and the LSU Reilly Center, partnering with the Louisiana America 250 Commission, invite you to the next Civic Sips — a series designed to bring people together in a relaxed setting to share a drink, a bite and meaningful conversation. In recognition of America's 250th anniversary, this Civic Sips will explore how our nation's founding ideals can help foster common ground today.

Throughout the evening, we'll use quotes from influential figures in American history to guide conversations about the nation's enduring principles and their potential to ease today's polarization.

This series is part of the Common Ground Project.
