Access & Troubleshooting GeauxGrants
Access to GeauxGrants
Access to GeauxGrants is provided automatically to LSU employees (faculty, staff, and students who have an assistantship or are otherwise employed at the University) and that information is provided by Human Resources. If you do not have access, you will need to request a New Campus Profile. It may take up to two weeks to obtain access.
Troubleshooting
Here, you will find some basic solutions to common problems encountered while using GeauxGrants:
- Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the best platforms to use for GeauxGrants. If you are using another browser, switching to Chrome or Firefox may resolve any issues.
- Clear your cache. Sometimes the old data prevents GeauxGrants from processing requests
the way that it should. After clearing your cache, restart your browser and log back
into GeauxGrants.
